| The laser galvanometer scanning system has many advantages such as strong antielectromagnetic interference ability,fast scanning speed,and high repeat positioning accuracy,which is one of the core components of laser radar beam expansion.However,the current galvanometer scanning system still has problems such as high cost,low scanning frequency,and low repetitive positioning accuracy.In this paper,a laser scanning galvanometer control system is designed and developed for laser radar scanning application scenarios,which can control the laser scanning galvanometer to achieve periodic,high-precision,high-speed and stable scanning control.The main word of this paper are as follows:(1)The structure and working principle of the laser scanning galvanometer has been explored and analyzed.After that,a mathematical model of the scanning mechanism and the position feedback optical path was established to provide theoretical support for the implementation of the control system.In addition,this paper establishes a laser scanning galvanometer control method based on double closed-loop control upon the model of laser scanning galvanometer.(2)Aiming at the high dynamic characteristics and high anti-disturbance requirements of the laser scanning galvanometer system,a high-performance laser scanning galvanometer control algorithm design based on active disturbance rejection control is proposed.In order to facilitate parameter tuning and algorithm transplantation,this paper also completed the linearization design of the active disturbance rejection controller.The above two rejection control algorithms were verified by Scilab/Xcos simulation with its performance.(3)Based on the previous exploration of the principle of the laser scanning control system,the system architecture of the laser scanning control system was constructed,and the software and hardware design of the position feedback calculation subsystem and the motor control subsystem were carried out,respectively.Finally,the prototype of galvanometer control system prototype was carried out.In addition,this paper also completed a host computer software based on Labview,which can be used for parameter tuning and data playback.By building a laser scanning galvanometer experimental platform,the developed laser scanning control system prototype has been tested.After continuous scan tests and antidisturbance tests,the laser scanning galvanometer control system prototype shows a good performance.The scan curve is well meets the requirements of the subject,and the scan linearity is high as well,shows a good anti-disturbance performance.To the summary,the system exhibits a high robustness performance and the expected design goal of the system was well reached. |
