Research On The Evaluation Of Public Archives Information Service Quality From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

Archives work is an important cause to safeguard the true face of the history of the party and the country and to ensure the fundamental interests of the people.At present,China’s archival undertaking is in the process of transformation,facing more and more complex problems.As an important position for the development of archival undertaking,archives undertake the important functions of archives storage and archives information service.At present,the public’s demand for archival information is overall,multi-level and diversified.In addition,all kinds of archives at all levels are comprehensively promoting the construction of archives management system,archives resource system,archives utilization system and archives security system,which puts forward higher requirements for the information service level of archives.It is an important means to improve the quality of information service to promote transfer and construction by evaluation.Through the evaluation of the quality of information service of archives,we can clarify the development orientation of information service of archives,comprehensively and accurately reflect the current situation of information service of archives,and provide decision support for archives to timely adjust service mode and service strategy.It is of great significance to improve the information service quality of archives and promote the transformation of archives.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of archives information service quality evaluation,reviews the research status at home and abroad based on archives information ecology and archives information service quality evaluation,and makes in-depth research on information ecology theory and information service theory.Secondly,based on the theory of information niche,this paper analyzes the elements of the archives information service ecosystem and the archives information ecological chain,summarizes the characteristics of archives information service on this basis,and puts forward the "information-based" service mode for archives information service.Then,according to the constituent elements of archives information service ecosystem and their related functions,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of archives information service quality from four aspects of archives information person,archives information,archives information technology and archives information environment,and constructs the evaluation index system of archives information service quality according to the specific influencing factors.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index of archives information service quality,and taking an archives as the research object,through the way of questionnaire survey to carry out empirical research,according to the research results,put forward suggestions to improve the quality of archives information service.
