WS company is a high-tech group company integrating of design,package test and product production in semiconductor industry.At present,due to the changes of global situation,the Sino US trade war continues,the semiconductor industry is one of the industries seriously affected.Compared with domestic manufacturers,foreign manufacturers’ products show strong capabilities in terms of product performance and quality control.However,there is a huge gap between the domestic product quality and the demand of domestic mainstream customers.In the context of the trend of localization,in order to maintain competitiveness,domestic enterprises should strengthen their competitiveness Customers are stepping up the implementation of device localization,in order to seize this wave,the company must effectively control and improve the quality of products,the management team of WS company has given strong and comprehensive support in all aspects of production quality,and carried out systematic optimization and provide full guarantee to the whole process.The theoretical basis of this paper is statistical quality control theory,total quality management theory,business process optimization theory and quality risk management theory.On the basis of these theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company’s quality management,and mainly finds out: first,the lack of basic quality management of suppliers,the lack of full-time supplier quality engineer in the process,and the lack of daily routine quality management.Management only pays attention to the issues happened,without systematic and comprehensive periodic evaluation;secondly,there are continuous material problems in the production process,such as abnormal material leakage to the production line,lack of management of sensitive materials in the production line,lack of skilled inspectors,lack of quality evaluation of new equipment introduction,lack of management of incoming inspection,and lack of environmental control from system approach.The main reason is that the starting point of the company is from sales,lack of quality management talents,various aspects of the company’s organizational structure also has some defects in quality management,relevant quality personnel are not familiar with modern quality management tools,and lack of relevant quality assessment system.Aiming at the problems of people,machines,materials,business flow and environment in the production process,the business flow is mainly used to solve the multi-departments problems;the application of mathematical statistics theory is emphasized;in addition,the systematic guarantee is carried out from the quality assurance system,quality control information system and assessment system are optimized,emphasizing the weight of quality indicators,so as to achieve the purpose of seeking benefits from quality.
