At the end of 2019,a sudden epidemic test of China’s public health emergency response capacity is also testing China’s charitable relief system.The frequent negative news during the relief process seriously affects the credibility of China’s charitable organizations,and the transparency of charitable organizations is the most important factor affecting the credibility of charitable organizations.In order to solve the problems of the current charitable organization social credibility,based on the literature survey found alliance block chain technology because of its partial decentralized,traceability,characteristics such as high efficiency and can effectively solve the charitable sector funds difficult to trace and effect feedback problems,hope that through the use of alliance block the operation mode of the chain to improve the current collecting information platform,providing transparency of charity,In order to solve the current charitable organizations lack of credibility.This paper uses literature research and interview methods to investigate and study the problems existing in the disclosure of charitable information on the current fundraising information platform.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the needs of fund-raising information platform and clarifies that a fund-raising information platform that can provide a complete flow of charity information should have the ability of qualification review,online donation,fund-raising traceability and effect feedback,which provides an entry point for the optimization of fund-raising information platform in the future.In order to make better use of the decentralization and traceability of part of the Alliance Blockchain,the paper first introduces the Alliance Blockchain network dominated by the fundraising information platform,the responsibilities of each organization that constitutes the charity alliance in the network and the specific types of transactions in the Alliance Blockchain network in detail.Qualification review,on the basis of this paper,online donations,money back and effect feedback four modules for the specific optimization,then on the basis of the function module optimization was proposed based on the running mode of alliance block chain network,a new operation mode compared with the current operation mode,can effectively achieve the money back and giving feedback effect,Donors and the public can obtain charity information more conveniently.Through the optimization of the operation mode of the fundraising platform,the transparency of the current fundraising information platform can be significantly improved,thus enhancing the credibility of the current charitable organizations.Finally in order to ensure that collecting information platform based on the alliance block chain network optimization is carried out smoothly and carry out,this article from the legal Angle,supervision,personnel,thinking,and many other security measures are put forward,in order to ensure that this paper can realize the value of its application,the optimized plan for the collecting money from actual sense to solve the current block chain information platform facing problems and difficulties,In order to improve the current social credibility of China’s charitable organizations,and then promote the longterm development of China’s charitable undertakings.
