Research On Application Of Enterprise Informatization Project Scope Management With TD Company As An Example

With the development of economy and technology,national and enterprise management personnel gradually realize the importance of enterprise informatization,enterprise informatization has become an important means for enterprises to realize strategic planning and enhance market competitiveness.Project scope management is the accounting basis of the three constraints of project management:schedule,cost and quality.Scientific and reasonable project scope management is of great significance to promote the success of the project.TD,which has about 300 employees,serves businesses with ads in the text-messaging environment.In the process of the company’s gradual expansion,the company’s management gradually realized the importance and urgency of information technology.The project is characterized by numerous stakeholders,complex business process and close relationship with the company’s strategic planning.It aims to solve the problems of low efficiency,high error rate and imperfect rights control of offline information flow.The ultimate purpose is to achieve deep docking with upstream and downstream customers,fully consider future business development,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and provide data support for strategic decision-making of enterprises.This paper takes the informatization project of TD company as an example,and on the basis of summarizing relevant theories and research,applies the theory and method of project scope management,combines the characteristics of enterprise informatization project of small and medium-sized Internet companies,takes TD company as an example,and puts forward three urgent problems in the informatization project scope management of small and medium-sized Internet companies:How to improve the quality,quantity and efficiency of effective information acquisition by the project team in project scope planning;How to ensure that the project deliverables are consistent with the project stakeholders’expectations,so as to ensure that no more and no less is done in the project implementation process;How to ensure that project experience is replicable and portable to other projects.Next,based on the case company and scope of the project management method to the research result,proposed in view of the small and medium sized Internet companies in the scope of the project management system,the system with project requirements gathering and tracking,project management process control as the core,organized by the project scope management plan,project scope management system construction,the project scope management processes.This management system has been implemented and verified in TD Company,and has achieved the results of reducing human cost,improving customer satisfaction,increasing revenue and accumulating enterprise process assets.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:project scope management is an important element of project management,is the basis of progress,cost,quality accounting;The construction of project scope management system can focus on people,system and process planning;According to the organizational culture,the responsibilities of the project management team and the functional team can be clearly divided.The construction of the project scope management system is conducive to the information communication of the project team and can effectively reduce the communication cost;The detailed management of each process in the project scope management process can effectively promote the success of the project.The research results can be extended to other small and medium-sized enterprises in the scope management of information projects.
