| With the rapid development of Internet technology,especially 5g technology,and the vigorous promotion of the national policy of invigorating the country through science and technology,one of the driving forces for an enterprise’s continuous development must be its infinite approach to the intellectualization and automation of the production process.Due to the increasingly complex operation and maintenance scenarios and system architecture faced by operation and maintenance personnel,as well as the increasing correlation between various production factors,the traditional,passive and manual operation and maintenance methods have been unable to meet the needs of digital transformation of enterprises.Although the quality of operation and maintenance system will not directly affect the benefit output,it will have a continuous,accidental but critical impact on the efficiency of team operation and the reliability of system operation.In the past decade,with the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,researchers began to think about the combination of artificial intelligence technology and it operation and maintenance technology,and the emergence of intelligent operation and maintenance technology and concept.Since the concept of aiops was born,it means that it will change all aspects of operation and maintenance,such as safety monitoring,fault warning,root cause analysis,automatic data integration,image recognition,cost and revenue forecasting,etc.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part mainly analyzes the current industry background,technology trends and research progress at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the operation process of the traditional operation and maintenance,summarizes the shortcomings and limitations of the traditional operation and maintenance,compares with the intelligent operation and maintenance methods based on machine learning,and expounds the technical advantages of aiops.The second part mainly studies the security monitoring system of intelligent operation and maintenance,which is divided into two parts:aiops anomaly detection technology and aiops fault diagnosis technology.The research of aiops anomaly detection technology first puts forward the module design scheme,and then uses the long-term and short-term memory artificial neural network and mbas-bp algorithm to program the experiment,and analyzes and summarizes the experimental results.In the research part of aiops fault diagnosis technology,the research status of fault diagnosis technology is introduced,and then the BP network(FA-BP)combined with firefly optimization algorithm is used for programming experiment,and the results are analyzed. |
