| Since the reform and opening-up,China’s economic situation has gradually improved,the investment and financing market has prospered,and more and more investment projects have entered the market.In order to stabilize the order of the market economy,the state proposes to carry out "unified market supervision".Investment and construction projects are an important part of China’s economy and play an important role in the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy.Therefore,it is very necessary to supervise the market of investment and construction projects.However,there are still some problems in the current way of market supervision.First of all,it is difficult to coordinate the joint supervision among multiple departments.Secondly,there is no data exchange between various departments,and the supervision process is not transparent.Finally,the supervision cannot be carried out accurately according to the actual situation of the supervision.The "Internet plus" mode provides new ideas for strengthening market supervision and management.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the investment and construction project supervision subsystem in the market supervision and management platform.The market supervision and management platform is a supervision platform that targets enterprises and investment and construction projects.Each subsystem of the platform is responsible for different businesses.The investment and construction project supervision system is the subsystem responsible for investment project management and project progress supervision.The system is designed with the new mode of "Internet+market supervision" as its design concept,and improves the supervision work mode with the help of information technology,which can shorten the business process,relieve the pressure of offline service and improve the service quality.This paper will discuss the design and implementation of the supervision subsystem of investment and construction project in the market supervision and management platform with the standard steps of software engineering.First,understand user needs and analyze them to get the core functions and performance indicators of the system.According to the results of the demand analysis,the outline design will design the functional modules and software architecture of the system,and the detailed design will design the specific logic of the functional units.This paper finally realizes an information system based on B/S architecture,and the system adopts Spring framework related technology as a technical solution.At the same time,the system uses the method of calculating investment project similarity to assist the formulation of project inspection scheme.Finally,the function and performance of the system are verified by the designed test cases.The system has completed all the function tests and performance tests,and has been running online,and has been applied in the actual scene. |
