Economic globalization is still an irreversible trend.The survival environment and competitive environment faced by enterprises are undergoing profound changes.Technological innovation in various fields and the change of business model in the Internet environment are infiltrating the world.Digital technology is integrating with various fields,and many enterprises are facing.the pressure of competition and transformation.Under the new development mode and new industry situation,in order to achieve sustainable long-term development,software enterprises need to size up the situation and quickly respond to market changes.Their operation ability is the foundation,and talents are the core productivity.Performance management is one of the core contents of human resource management,which can absorb and retain excellent talents for enterprises,give full play to talents’ skills and expertise,and get personalized training,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both individuals and enterprises.Taking Z company,a typical software company,as the research object,this paper focuses on the optimization of the performance management of the development team by using the methods of questionnaire,interview,qualitative and quantitative analysis.There are many problems existing in the performance management,which are mainly reflected in the lack of a complete and unified performance management mechanism,the uncertainty of the performance plan and the inconsistency of the objectives,and the lack of scientific performance appraisal system,This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,then forms a set of optimization scheme,puts forward the establishment of an open,scientific and comprehensive performance management system,and makes full use of the performance appraisal results in a timely manner,so as to realize the organic unity of individual performance,team and even the company’s organizational performance.This research focuses on the optimization design and practical effect of the performance management system of the development department,adjusts and optimizes the existing performance management system of the company,and improves the team efficiency and team cooperation and communication ability.This set of scheme and implementation process is practical,and can be used for reference by the development teams of software companies and Internet companies.
