| With the improvement of people’s living standard,cars have become an indispensable traffic tools.Under the circumstance of global resource environment is tight and the government supports strongly,the automobile car also carries on the transition from the traditional fuel vehicle to the new energy vehicle.In the new energy vehicles,"three electric system" is the power source of new energy vehicles,has a very important position,which not only affects the driver’s riding experience,but also affects the riding safety.The new energy vehicle Battery Management System(BMS:Battery Management System),which affects the driving range of new energy,is being explored and researched by major automobile manufacturers and suppliers at home and abroad.BMS is to improve the quality and performance of on-aboard software by optimizing the software development process,so as to improve the safety of new energy vehicles.If an automobile electronics enterprise wants to improve its comprehensive competitiveness in the world,it sets clear requirements for its product development,especially for its software development process.At the same time,it should have the same requirements for its software development supplier team.As a process model released by major European automobile manufacturers,ASPICE(Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capacity determination)has become a prevailing process standard in the automotive electronics industry due to its normalization and standardization.In this paper,according to the requirement of ASPICE CL2,BMS software development process as an object of study,divided into managing software development processes research and the quality of work products research.The management activities of software development process are further divided into five activities:defining goal,planning and implementation,monitoring and adjustment,responsibilities and authorizations,resources,communication and coordination;The factors that affect the quality of work products are completeness,accuracy and consistency.Further identified the potential risks in the implementation of activities,according to the subsequent development process.Finally through management innovation,technical innovation design can improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost of the development process,through quality innovation design can ensure the integrity and accuracy of the work product requirements by the checklist.Compared with other companies with the same technical capabilities,it is helpful to improve the management ability and competitiveness of company A,improve the project delivery rate of on-board software and improve the quality of software products,and meet the requirements of relevant safety indicators of automobiles. |
