Research On Localization Strategy Of Network Security Products Of X Company

In today’s era,network security is very important for both enterprises and individuals.Due to China’s existing policies,we can see that the country attaches great importance to the localization of network security products.This thesis is based on network security product localization for the typical case of X enterprise,using PEST analysis model in view of the localization of era of X enterprise external environment has carried on the detailed analysis,USES five model to analyze the industry competition status of X enterprise,using SWOT analysis method to the X enterprise in today’s era of network security localization analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,according to the above the SWOT matrix analysis results for X enterprise strategy development,and create the implementation plan,and finally to the existing problems and shortcomings were discussed.This paper is not only a reference for X enterprise’s network security localization product strategy,but also a reference for similar network security localization enterprise strategy formulation.This paper provides a reference for enterprise managers,successors,network security insurance enthusiasts,strategic management enthusiasts.
