With the rapid development of Internet of things and artificial intelligence voice technology,the development direction of intelligent remote control of scientific research equipment is pointed out.When researchers carry out research experiments in the actual optical fiber link,each equipment is distributed in the computer rooms all over the country,and the main problems are as follows:regional obstacles,real-time acquisition of equipment working status and various important parameters(such as power before entering the equipment,current signal quality,waveform diagram,temperature,etc.).Therefore,it is of great significance to design and develop intelligent system suitable for fiber time-frequency transmission relay for efficient management of equipment distributed in different regions.In this paper,a set of intelligent watch system based on fiber time-frequency transmission relay is designed and developed based on the Internet of things and artificial intelligence speech technology.Based on the Internet of things technology to perceive the real-time information of equipment in the computer room,the system focuses on solving the intelligent control problem,and designs and implements three parts:the terminal control platform,the data service center platform and the remote control platform.The system can grasp the information of the equipment working in different regions in real time,and can directly operate and manage the equipment at the terminal of the device,or remotely control the equipment through the web control system,wechat program and voice interaction system.The main contents of this paper and the work are as follows:1.design and implementation of terminal control platform of equipment.The platform integrates the equipment information acquisition system and the equipment control system.The equipment acquisition system mainly drives sensors and various functional modules to collect the internal and link information of the equipment cabinet.The core device is raspberry pie,which drives Huawei 4G module,builds wireless network by combining patch antenna,and transmits it to data service center through wireless network.The network part includes automatic network connection,network detection and automatic reconnection;The equipment control system mainly displays the data information collected by the acquisition system on the interface.The interface is developed by pyqt,and the equipment can be controlled directly through the touch equipment interface.At the same time,the system has the function of SMS warning.When the equipment temperature is too high or disconnected from the data service center,the staff will receive the warning message.2.design and implementation of the platform of system data service center.The platform has experienced three stages:Alibaba cloud Internet of things platform,custom socket server and mqtt server,which is gradually advanced one by one.After a long time test and comparison,it finally decides to use mqtt Internet of things protocol to build servers as the data service center platform.The data service center platform runs in Tencent cloud server,provides interface services to the system equipment control terminal and remote control platform,processes the request services from the system control terminal,web control interface,wechat applet and voice interaction system platform,receives and receives data from each platform,and stores the key data information in MySQL database.3.design and implementation of remote control platform of equipment.The platform is divided into three parts:web control system,system wechat program and voice interaction system.Web control system is based on PHP,HTML,CSS,JavaScript programming language.The front end uses Ajax technology,form and other ways to interact with the back-end interface.The system designs and implements the functions of user login,login interception,input free login,real-time detection,device control,operation presentation,high temperature and connection disconnection warning.The wechat widget of the system is designed by using official wechat developer tools,and the control function pages of wechat applet end are designed to realize real-time control of terminal devices.Voice interaction system is realized by voice recognition module and speech synthesis broadcast module.The key is to maximize the function of the module,so as to better serve the intelligent Duty-On system.Finally,it can control the equipment by issuing voice command,and it has voice query function,and can inquire about the working status of the equipment and other parameters.The intelligent Duty-On system has been put into use in the laboratory,which basically meets the actual needs,the system is stable in operation and the staff feedback is good.
