The ecosphere business model is a product of the development of Internet information technology.It is an environment where the Internet enters the new era of the Internet of Everything,which penetrates and integrates all walks of life,and the industry chains continue to extend and expand,and the elements of participation continue to increase.Business model innovation.Emerging business models will have an immeasurable impact on corporate value,but how does this business model affect corporate value? Existing studies have more qualitative analysis,and it is difficult to show the quantitative relationship and influence path between the various elements of the business model.This article uses Xiaomi as a research case to build a model of the impact of the ecosystem business model on the value of the company,and based on the model to show the impact on the value of the company in a quantitative way,in order to provide a reference for the innovation and transformation of other companies’ business models.This article first introduces the research background and significance;secondly,it sorts out the relevant research results of the ecosphere business model construction and the current status of corporate value research;then based on the business canvas theory,the Xiaomi ecosphere business model is divided into three stages: the initial stage,the development stage and the mature stage;At the same time,the path of Xiaomi’s business model creating value is proposed;then a theoretical framework for the impact of the ecosystem’s business model on Xiaomi’s corporate value is constructed under this path and applied to Xiaomi’s case study analysis,combining the nine components of the business canvas theory Factors to analyze the specific impact of the ecosystem’s business model on Xiaomi’s revenue cost and user flow,and use the customer value method,the discounted model of free cash flow to equity,and the price-sales ratio approach in the corporate value evaluation method to separately Analyze and evaluate Xiaomi’s on-and off-balance sheet value,financial capabilities,and overall corporate value;finally,use the evaluation results to test whether the ecosystem business model creates value for them,and summarize their successful experience and shortcomings,and propose related improvements Measures to provide reference for other companies.Through the above research findings,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)The impact of Xiaomi’s ecosystem business model on the internal and external value of Xiaomi’s balance sheet is reflected in changes in revenue structure and cost structure,as well as increased customer loyalty to the brand;In terms of capacity impact,it is manifested in low net interest rate and stable financial structure;in terms of corporate value impact,it has brought new value growth points for the company,and it has become a new type of Internet company that is different from the general traditional manufacturing and Internet companies.(2)When building an ecosystem business model,it is necessary to strengthen its own R&D investment to enhance product competitiveness,strengthen cooperation with customers and enterprises,and effectively utilize its own key resources and key partners to actively seek new value growth points for the enterprise More value.
