Multistatic moving target tracking technology has important research significance in underwater target detection and locationing,underwater acoustic target reconnaissance,marine environment monitoring and so on.Due to the complex underwater acoustic environment,interference and low signal-to-noise ratio and other factors,the application of target tracking technology in underwater is put forward higher requirements.Accurate observation information is very important for target state estimation,and it is also a key problem to use the observed measurement information for reliable target trajectory tracking.In order to solve this problem,this paper focuses on the research of measurement acquisition and trajectory tracking method of multi static moving target tracking.The main research idea of this paper is: firstly,the direction of arrival of the target is estimated,and combined with the bearing estimation results,the multistatic bearings only passive location is carried out,which provides reliable measurement for the target tracking system.Then,a variety of target measurement information is modeled.Based on the traditional location-based measurement and azimuth based measurement,target tracking is processed by combining multiple information to improve the performance of target tracking algorithm.The specific research contents are as follows(1)Fundamentals of target tracking technologyThis paper introduces the commonly used target motion model,classical moving target tracking filtering algorithm,target tracking data association algorithm and multi-target tracking based on random finite set.(2)Passive location technology of multi base bearings only targetThe received signal model of irregular cross array is established,and the azimuth estimation algorithm based on conventional beamforming,music algorithm,MVDR algorithm and deconvolution beamforming is studied.Based on the analysis of PSF shift characteristics of irregular cross array,the non negative least square deconvolution beamforming algorithm for irregular cross array is studied,and the simulation analysis is compared with the traditional algorithm.This paper also introduces the data preprocessing technology before locationing,that is,coordinate transformation and attitude compensation technology.In this paper,the multi static bearings only passive location technology is studied,and the principle and influencing factors of bearings only passive location are analyzed.(3)Target tracking technology based on multi information joint processingThis paper studies the multi measurement information based multi static single target tracking and filtering technology,and compares and analyzes the tracking and filtering performance based on location measurement,azimuth measurement and joint azimuth Doppler measurement.Single target tracking is extended to single target tracking in clutter environment,and pda-ukf algorithm in nonlinear system is studied.Aiming at the situation of strong clutter and weak target,combined with Doppler measurement and amplitude measurement,mspda-ukf algorithm of multi information joint processing is studied.Aiming at the problem that the performance of traditional data association algorithms is degraded due to the time-varying number of targets in the actual multi-target tracking application,a multi information joint processing ukf-gm-phd filter is studied.The algorithm can effectively estimate the motion state and number of targets in multi-target scene.Aiming at the problem that the algorithm needs a priori new target strength,a measurement driven multi information joint processing ukf-gm-phd filter is proposed.Finally,the sea trial data are processed.The non negative least square deconvolution method based on irregular cross array and the tracking algorithm based on multi information joint processing are tested.
