Research On Operation Quality Evaluation Method Of Power Communication Network

With the rapid development of power grid technology,the scale of power communication network has been enlarged increasingly;the complexity of the network has been enhanced continually;the demand for service quality has been improved by degrees;and the diversification characteristics of network technology have become apparent gradually.These developments in many aspects have brought new challenges to the research of operation quality evaluation.In order to evaluate the operation quality of power communication network more scientifically,this paper studies several key points that affect the evaluation results of power communication network,which include index screening,index value standardization and index weight distribution method.The results have strong academic significance and engineering application value.The main works of the project is as follows:First,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the operation quality of power communication network,so that to summarize the key indices.Next,based on the evaluation elements,a large number of evaluation index framework "index set" is collected.Referring to the decision-making process of multi-attribute decision-making method,an index screening method is designed to lay the foundation for the construction of evaluation index system.Then,considering the types of indices and the characteristics of its data,different utility function models are designed for different types of indices,which are used to normalized the values of indices.The rationality and flexibility of the utility function method are verified by comparing with the traditional max-min standardization method.For the evaluation of index weight,the subject studies the influence of three different evaluation methods—subjective method,objective method and combination method.The applicable occasions and effect of each method are summarized,which provides a reference for the selection of index weight determination methods.Finally,an example is given to realize the combination of theory and practice,verifying the feasibility and rationality of the design method.The results of this subject have practical significance for the operation management of power communication networks.It can provide guidance for the planning and construction of power communication networks.At the same time,it has reference value for the evaluation of other projects.
