| In recent years,pharmaceutical industry in China ushered its new epoch,whose key words are developing and prosperity;However,what real issue in the very front of every Chinese eyes is that China’s lagging medical logistics system is far behind the medical needs of the Chinese people.In this paper,taking F company in a certain area as an example,through concluding the current development status,this paper analyzes the problems happened during various of company’s career and commercial of drug distribution,both in theory and examples,and the targeted analysis is carried out.It is found that the vehicle path selected for drug distribution greatly affects the transportation cost of distribution and does not consider the difference of customer importance.Under the premise of considering the importance of customers,the improved genetic algorithm is used to provide F company with a drug delivery vehicle routing improvement plan.The main research is as follows:(1)Through research on the basic situation and distribution status of F company,it points out a series of problems that F company currently has in the process of drug distribution,mainly including: vehicle routing depends on subjective experience,drug operation efficiency is low,drug logistics distribution is not a system,drug distribution time control is not in place,and the service quality of important customers is not guaranteed.To analyze the reasons for these problems,it is determined that the transportation cost in the drug distribution process seriously restricts the company’s development,and the transportation cost depends largely on the choice of the distribution path,so it is necessary to conduct research on the optimization of the drug distribution vehicle path.(2)Establish a mathematical model for vehicle routing optimization analysis of F company considering the importance of customers.First,divide the customer types into different categories,select the hospital’s level,drug demand,and time urgency to measure the importance of customers,and use the expert scoring method to determine the weight,and the obtained importance is proportional to the punishment coefficient.The establishment of a customer importance classification system.Next,establish a mathematical model of vehicle path optimization,and describe the model’s assumptions,constraints,parameters,objective functions and corresponding descriptions.In the traditional vehicle routing optimization problem,taking into account factors such as the time limit in the vehicle distribution of F company and the capacity limitation of the vehicle loaded goods,the calculation is carried out by increasing the time window and the constraint conditions of the vehicle loading capacity and the number of delivery mileage.Finally,the path optimization algorithm is analyzed,and genetic algorithm is selected as the solution method of the vehicle path optimization model.Considering the poor local search ability of genetic algorithm,combined with the hill climbing operator to improve,finally complete the F company vehicle path optimization mathematical model The establishment.(3)Based on the analysis of the basic data of the drug delivery vehicle route,firstly,by comparing the results of the classical genetic algorithm with the improved genetic algorithm,the advantages of the improved genetic algorithm are verified,and the improved genetic algorithm is selected to optimize the vehicle path,and the solution results are obtained and analyzed.In the analysis of the results before and after considering the importance of customers,it was found that the total cost of drug distribution before and after considering the importance of customers did not change much,but it greatly reduced the penalty costs and improved the quality of the company’s logistics services,it provides an improved solution for the optimization of F company’s drug distribution vehicle route.Finally,the paper also proposed some safeguard measures to supplement the improvement plan to solve the existing problems of F company.In a word,the research on the optimization of drug delivery routes that considers customer value orientation proposed in the thesis can provide an effective reference for the development of general drug delivery companies. |
