In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,and the rapid development of green buildings based on prefabricated buildings in various provinces and cities has brought huge opportunities and faced severe internal and external challenges in the development process.As an important part of the entire prefabricated building,the PC component logistics transportation node is particularly prominent in the entire component supply chain.How to maintain the normal operation of the supply chain and maintain the control of the logistics transportation optimization node,promote the improvement of logistics transportation efficiency and the overall Benefit optimization has become the focus of research on component logistics and transportation.The article forms an overview by studying the contents of the PC component logistics transportation node,the intelligent perception technology of the Internet of things and the logistics model architecture.Taking the research node control management as the premise,construct the three main content frameworks of the thesis:application logistics transportation system,logistics transportation node control model analysis and logistics transportation node optimization model analysis.First,be familiar with the management of component logistics and transportation nodes,based on the theoretical analysis of the Internet of Things technology and the research on the scope of application,research and apply the component Internet of Things traceability system,which has greatly improved the logistics and transportation nodes,and provides the Internet of Things data for the management of the component logistics and transportation nodes.Technical Support.Secondly,theoretical research and practical investigation.Based on the data envelopment method,various indicators in the logistics transportation node are considered and selected,the logistics transportation node control model is established,and the efficiency of the component logistics transportation node is calculated.Based on efficiency and projection analysis,the overall efficiency of input and output of three prefabricated construction projects in a component factory from 2017 to 2019 was summarized,and it was concluded that the overall resources were not effectively used.Combined with the model results,focusing on how to optimize the index data and the actual projection data results,the following problems are drawn: high energy consumption for transportation,high pressure on storage,uncoordinated route planning,and low income and profit.Among them,in the process of model demonstration,the output orientation is the main starting point,and the plan and research ideas for actual benefit adjustment are derived from the results,and the reasons for the deviation are obtained,and the node optimization is further implemented.Finally,from the data analysis to the management strategy,based on the problem-oriented,analyze the internal and external environment of the componentuse the SWOT matrix to analyze the component logistics transportation node,analyze the external advantages and disadvantages and internal opportunities and threats of the entire node,and clearly understand the advantages and disadvantages.Insufficient,and proposed a revised plan,from the logistics cost,warehousing management,route planning,Internet of Things technology in four aspects of fixed-point measures to make adjustments to the PC component logistics transportation node,and initially achieve the completion of node control.In terms of implementation strategies,an overall node control strategy is proposed to construct a control process framework in the analysis of pre-event,mid-event and post-event control to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation nodes.
