The Design And Development Of Teachers’ Information Management System In Proposition

Proposition is the core section of examinations.Every year,the education examination departments have to invite a large number of teachers from different colleges and different majors to carry out various types of examination proposition work.Because proposition work involves a large number of exam courses,multiple professional categories,and requires a large number of teachers,so how to effectively manage proposition teachers’ information has become a big problem in proposition work.After research,the author found that at present,in some provinces,the selection and management of proposition teachers still mainly rely on traditional methods,and management has not been informatized yet.Therefore,an informatized management system is urgently needed for examination departments to improve their work efficiency to solve the problem of selecting proposition teachers.Based on the workflow of proposition management from the examination department in a province,this article firstly conducted a detailed investigation on its workflow of selecting proposition teachers,and put forward the overall positioning and design of proposition teachers’ information management system,according to all parts of proposition work,such as proposition teachers’ information collection,selection,and training,etc.Secondly,according to different work contents,the system has many functional modules,and each module is analyzed,designed and modeled in detail.With the application of the C / S mode,this article used Power Builder for system development,and SQL Server database to establish the corresponding database and database tables.Finally,a proposition teachers’ information management system has been developed,which includes the functions of information management,teachers’ selection,evaluation,and training management for proposition teachers.Through testing,results showed that this system could achieve a real-time recording of teachers’ information,proposition records and proposition evaluation.Now the system has been put into use.Its application also provides strong technical support for the education examination department in the selection of excellent teachers so as to improve their work efficiency.
