With the increasing number of users, the amount of information in the network is also increasing.Congestion occurs when the network generates packets faster than a certain threshold, which is the transmission capacity of the network. The actual network assumption falls into the state of network congestion, which will significantly affect the performance of the network and user experience.Based on this, this paper makes use of the theoretical knowledge of the complex networks to improve the transmission capacity of the network. The problem of network congestion easily appears in the central node or edge, where the accumulation of data packets is most likely to occur in the process of network transmission. If it is not optimized, network congestion will be formed. The starting point of the strategies proposed in this paper is to balance the network load and improve the utilization rate of network resources. This paper proposes three optimization strategies to improve network transmission capacity. The main work arrangement is as follows.1)This paper proposes a links reconnection strategy to adjust the network topology to improve the network traffic capacity.First,a certain proportion of high load links are removed. Then, links are added between two unconnected nodes with heavy load and long transmission path.2)This paper presents an innovative way of node coupling to construct multilayer networks.By analyzing the problems existing in the process of constructing high speed and low speed network model, the coupling node with large degree value is selected when constructing high speed layer, which gives full play to the advantages of high speed transmission in multilayer network.3)A multilayer network resource allocation strategy is proposed. In the process of data transmission, more processing capacity is given to those nodes with relatively large load, while less processing capacity is given to those nodes with relatively small load,so as to improve the utilization rate of network resources.
