In recent years,the application of industrial robots has played an extremely important role in the industrial upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.It is also a key development direction of intelligent manufacturing.However,because industrial robots are a sophisticated and complex electromechanical system,their performance will vary with the operating time.The increase gradually decreases or even fails.When the manufacturer’s user base increases significantly,the limited on-site professional maintenance and technical personnel cannot meet the user’s needs.In the era of intelligent manufacturing,the high reliability of automated equipment makes predictive maintenance extremely important.It is expected that early warning and diagnosis of potential failures can be carried out before failures occur,so as to achieve lower maintenance costs.To this end,a remote monitoring and early warning system based on Android mobile smart terminals was designed and developed to provide technicians with a mobile monitoring service platform with fault information early warning,status monitoring and real-time curve display functions to achieve low-cost and high-efficiency maintenance methods.This article first introduces the background and significance of the subject research in detail,analyzes the domestic and foreign research status and development situation of the remote monitoring system,and proposes the overall structure design plan of the system based on the analysis of the requirements of the industrial robot monitoring system,and describes the system The main tasks of each part.Secondly,it elaborated on the design and development process of the remote monitoring mobile terminal software.According to the system requirements,the TCP/IP protocol was used to realize uninterrupted network communication and the mobile terminal APP was developed under the Android Studio environment;then the whole monitoring system was described.The design process of basic service function modules includes the use of local PC to obtain the working status information of industrial robots and the process of data collection,build a network server system,classify and process the industrial robot data to be monitored,and compare various Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the database,the best database was selected based on the design characteristics of the system,and a relational monitoring information database was established using My SQL.After that,the status monitoring process of the remote monitoring system is further analyzed.Finally,the design and research of the industrial robot early warning system are introduced,the data model is established for the main components of the industrial robot,the fault prediction method based on the BP neural network algorithm is studied,and the algorithm optimization and actual measurement analysis are carried out according to the target requirements.A more feasible fault diagnosis and early warning method,with a view to finally realize through remote monitoring and fault early warning system and corresponding fault early warning diagnosis method.
