In actual engineering applications,engineers often encounter a variety of soundabsorbing materials or sound-absorbing products.In order to better evaluate the acoustic performance of these products,in order to better capture the performance of these products in the development stage,need In the early stage,these products were tested for acoustic performance,and adjusted according to the test results,so that they can meet better functional requirements.Based on the current test technology,the standing wave tube measurement method is one of them.The standing wave tube measurement is mainly to evaluate the acoustic performance of the product through the normal incidence of the sound wave,mainly to collect data on the sound wave,and then analyze and evaluate the acoustic performance of the product.The core part of the standing wave tube experiment is the data acquisition system,which plays a key role in the accuracy of the entire test system.Therefore,based on this factor,this paper designed a dual-channel data acquisition system based on STM32,using ST company The designed STM32 is used as the main control chip of the data acquisition system.It mainly completes the functions of data acquisition,host computer communication,and data storage.In order to achieve 2-channel simultaneous sampling,the AD7606 designed by ADI is used as the acquisition chip.This data acquisition system realizes large storage capacity,high accuracy and low price.In summary,this main paper work is as follows:1.The acquisition system is planned completely,the entire acquisition system is divided into hardware and software.Research and analyze the two parts separately.2.Hardware: With STM32 as the core,high accuracy,low energy consumption and high performance as the standard,the overall design of the data acquisition system is designed,and the circuit diagram of each hardware module is designed,and the circuit diagram is optimized and improved..3.Software part: The entire software module adapts to the C language for programming,and uses development tools to develop the software for Keil ?Vision5.The main function of the software system of the entire data acquisition system is to complete the configuration of each serial port of the stm32 microcontroller and implement Perform A / D conversion on the collected signals;analyze and process the collected signals.4.Make a PCB board and test the entire acquisition system.Finally,by analyzing the test results,it is verified whether the acquisition system can reach the expected technical indicators.
