| In recent years,with the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry,manufacturing service has not only become a rational choice for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness,but also an effective way to achieve value upgrading in manufacturing industry.So the manufacturing enterprise has its own operation and maintenance network.However,for the agricutural manufacturing enterprises,due to the dynamic effect,time variation and randomness of equipment operation,the maitenance service network has the higher requirement.Meanwhile,the industrial areas lack of universal service network construction method and service delivery technology,so the maitenance service for agricultural machinery equipment is facing many problems and challenges.In this paper,the agricultural machinery is the research object.From the construction of maintenance service network viewpoint,this paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the maintenance service network of agricultural machinery,and studies the key problems such as service provider selection,service area division and location of emergency service stations.By analyzing the definition and current situation of maintenance service network,this paper summarizes the problems that need to be solved urgently in the construction of maintenance service network,and points out the key technologies needed to solve problems.Then according to four evaluation dimensions of balanced scorecard(BSC),the evaluation indexes of service performance for service providers are determined.And the weight of each index is calculated based on analytic network process(ANP).Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes a service provider selection framework for the layout of dynamic maintenance network nodes and provids a basis for decision makers to comprehensive evaluation of the service ability of service providers.Then this paper has analysed the problem of current service area,and puts forward the regional division method based on the P-region problem.A mathematical model with minimizing of the maximal demand difference and minimizing of the total travel cost is constructed,and the simulated annealing method is seleted to solve the problem.Lastly,based on the service provider location and service area,this paper constructs dynamic emergency maintenance service network to ensure the service delivery ability when the service demand burst.The optimization formulation is established with the objective of minimizing of maintenance service cost and minimizing of the transfer cost for the emergency service vehicle.And this paper presents an improved simulated annealing algorithm to sovle the model.On the basis of theoretical research,the above methods are verified by numerical examples and good results are obtained.The research of this paper comes from the actual demand of the agricultural equipment maintenance service network,and improves the delivery level of maintenance service to a certain extent. |
