With the development of electronic tax information,electronic tax handling provides convenient tax handling experience for taxpayers.Remote guidance technology solves how users are offered consulting,solution and guidance in the process of electronic tax handling.In the scenario of electronic tax handling,there are some problems such as incomplete perception and single guidance mode with the traditional remote guidance technology based on audio and video.For the above problems,this paper studies the methods of web user behavior monitoring and web page reconstruction,and proposes a remote tax guidance system for electronic tax handling.Based on this system,the taxpayer is allowed to ask for remote expert guidance in the process of the electronic tax handling,remote expert is able to view the user state of the current tax web page in real time by using remote client software and guide the user to handle tax using the 2D note and voice communication,and the user receive guidance messages through wearing augmented reality glasses.The development example shows that the system can effectively synchronize the user's tax website and guide the user to handle tax correctly.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)To analyze the functional requirements of remote guidance in the context of electronic tax handling,a remote tax handling guidance system for electronic tax handling is proposed,and the remote expert client,user behavior monitoring module and remote guidance server in the system are analyzed and designed depending on the system requirements.(2)A user behavior monitoring method based on Java Script injection is studied.This method collects the key data of tax web pages and realizes the state monitoring of web pages and web elements by listening to web events.Based on this method,the real-time collection of user behavior state data is realized,and the data is transmitted to the remote expert client,so that the remote expert is able to understand the user's behavior state on the web page in real time.(3)This paper puts forward a method of reconstruction for tax web pages,which reconstructs text information,pictures,multimedia information,script files,frames and other element resources on tax web pages,and redirects the resource path of tax web pages.Based on this method,the reconstructed tax web page is presented in the remote expert client,so that the user's behavior state in the tax page is reproduced on the reconstructed tax web page.(4)The remote tax guidance system is designed and implemented,which supports remote experts to obtain the status of user's tax webpage in real time,and conducts 2D annotation and voice conversation to guide users to pay tax.In the meantime,the remote guidance invoice query case is applied for verification,and the case guidance effect is analyzed to further verify the feasibility and practicability of the system.
