With the construction of the Internet of vehicles and the extensive involvement of Internet technology,the car is not only a tool for walking,but also an important part of people's work and life.Vehicle central control system is not only a medium for people to vehicle communication,but also a key part for vehicle enterprises to cooperate with many Internet companies to win differentiated competition.However,at present,the information interaction mode of the vehicle central control system is still relatively fixed,staying in the state that people actively adapt to the car,in a real sense,it does not achieve the purpose of communication and interaction.In the process of achieving proficient driving operation,drivers often have poor driving experience and increase the risk of driving safety due to the tense state and the cost of learning time.In view of the above problems,this paper studies and designs a vehicle central control system with driving situation awareness through the research and analysis of the existing vehicle central control system products and user research,combining with driving situation awareness,so as to change the system from passively receiving instructions to actively outputting information,help users complete single or multiple tasks in driving,and design the intelligent travel mode of users Shorten the distance between the driver and the car,reduce the cost of learning and adaptation,and enable the user to quickly integrate into the driving life.First of all,the vehicle central control system of the existing products in the market is summarized,and the definition,composition and classification of the vehicle central control system are summarized to understand the existing technical support of the vehicle central control system.And the vehicle human-computer experience target is analyzed in detail,including visual interaction experience,tactile interaction experience and auditory interaction experience.Then,based on the existing concept of situational awareness,including three levels of perception,understanding and prediction,the driving situational awareness and its influencing factors are defined,and the driving situational awareness model is constructed.Secondly,in the user research stage,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to conduct user experience research with the user as the center,and the whole life cycle of driving travel is combed and studied from the user's perspective.Based on the different user scenario classification in driving,pain points and opportunity points are output in the form of user journey map,and the demand level table and Kano model are combined to conduct demand Seek analysis.Finally,combined with the driving situational awareness application of the vehicle central control system,this paper studies and analyzes the vehicle central control interaction system,and summarizes the different driving tasks and core needs of people in different task scenarios.According to the research results,experimental results and analysis,the design scheme of the vehicle central control interaction system with situational awareness is produced,and the feasibility is evaluated.The system has the ability of intelligent perception,intelligent understanding and intelligent prediction.Combined with artificial intelligence and cloud computing technology,it can record,analyze,learn and adjust people's driving behavior to achieve every driving experience closer to the needs of users.
