With the accelerated development of China’s urbanization construction,the development of China’s construction industry has gradually accelerated.As a regular operation equipment in building construction,aerial work hanging basket is mainly used for the decoration,cleaning,and maintenance of high-rise building’s exterior walls,and its demand is increasing day by day.Facing the growing demand for aerial work hanging baskets,hanging basket rental service industry are under unprecedented business pressure and competitive pressure.Traditional project management methods have gradually been unable to cope with the changing leasing market.Under the general trend of the Industrial Internet Transformation,the informatization transformation of hanging baskets rental service management is the key for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Based on the actual needs of enterprises,an integrated management system for aerial work hanging basket rental service and transportation dispatch is researched and designed,providing information services for core business procedures and intelligent hanging basket order transportation dispatch strategies.The research work of the paper is divided into two parts: 1)the development process of the construction equipment rental industry and the current situation of its information construction are required to be investigated as the research basis of the paper.The functional requirements of the system needs to be clarified after an in-depth analysis of the business procedures of the aerial work hanging basket rental service.And the overall scheme needs to be designed to realize the development of the integrated management system for aerial work hanging basket rental services(including back-end services and Web remote management platform).The system includes five major functional modules: project management,order management,hanging basket management,user management,and public services.2)Based on the in-depth study of the vehicle routing problem,the algorithm of the hanging basket order transportation dispatch problem needs to be studied.With regard to the transportation dispatch problem of hanging basket orders,a multiwarehouse coordinated dispatching scheme is proposed.Considering the vehicle transportation cost,and cost of splitting orders,a mathematical model is established to optimize the total cost,and a two-stage solution strategy is proposed.In the first stage,the heuristic classification algorithm proposed in this paper is used to solve the order dispatch problem.In the second stage,the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem of warehouse vehicle routing problem.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and the solution strategy is proved by comparative analysis.In terms of system development,the system database is designed,and the back-end services of all functional modules is implemented based on the SSM framework.Core business functions of hanging basket rental service such as project set-up,approval management,order generation,order dispatch,device storage,device stop,warehouse vehicle transportation path planning are realized.On the basis of the research results of the hanging basket orders transportation dispatch problem,the system uses the corresponding solving algorithm in the design,which provides intelligent decision guidance for order dispatch and warehouse vehicle transportation path planning.Besides,the system uses the Shiro framework to implement user permissions management based on RBAC.The message push service is realized based on Web Socket and Mi Push.A HDFS distributed file system is built to meet the needs of the system’s large-scale file management.The web remote management platform based on Vue framework and Element UI components is built,making the system have a good usability and user experience.The web platform includes the functions of four modules: login and authorization verification,project management,order management and hanging basket management.Finally,the system was deployed and operated on the cloud server.After joint debugging and testing,it is proved that the system has completed the function realization of the core business procedures of the aerial work hanging basket rental service.Each function runs stably and meets the system requirements.
