In recent years,with the development of new media,users’ demand for reading has also changed,gradually from the traditional paper reading to electronic reading development.As a kind of mobile network service,We Chat public number provides a new platform for library information service.The library can update the resource dynamics through the public number and provide various services.Users can find literature resources through the library public number,which can improve the utilization rate of library resources.On the premise of meeting the needs of users as far as possible,the public number of university libraries should conform to the development of the times,seek Better ways of development and keep up with the pace of technological development,so as to manage the digital resources of university libraries more effectively.The library of Shanghai normal University also provides services through We Chat public number in recent years,but the service effect has not reached the expectation,and the influence among users is very limited.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the services provided by its We Chat public number platform to provide optimization strategies for promoting its service quality.Taking the Library of Shanghai Normal University as the research object,it uses the Kano model to classify the service index elements of its We Chat public account,and further analyzes its services by introducing the Better-Worse satisfaction index.Research results show that for Shanghai normal university library users,the Shanghai normal university library public provide lack of necessary quality attributes,charm function and the quality of the service to be improved,no difference quality service needs to be improved,and not active promotion and analyzed the reasons of these problems in Shanghai normal university We Chat public has not established mature operation team,no demand research and lack of evaluation mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward the establishment of operation team,the analysis of user needs,the establishment of We Chat official account platform supervision mechanism and the optimizing the services with existing functions.
