| As the electromagnetic transparent window of the aircraft,the radome’s electrical properties directly determine the effect of the internal radar.The research of electrical properties design and optimization technology is of great significance to the engineering application of radome.This thesis is aimed at electrical properties in radome design.First,based on the equivalent transmission line theory,the physical optics(PO)algorithm and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,the design of electrical properties for flat radome and curved radome is analyzed and studied.Secondly,for the measurement of the electrical properties of radome,it is studied the construction and debugging methods of the test system.At the same time,the time domain gate technology is introduced to eliminate the environmental noise.Then,taking a flat radome as an example,it is verified the related design and testing techniques.Finally,for the rainwater,lightning-proof metal strips and radome splicing seams in the special environment of the radome,using the simulation software to study the influence of them on the electrical properties,and the solutions has guiding significance for practical engineering design.The main contribution and work are summarized as follows:(1)Research on radome design theory and realization of optimization designBased on the equivalent transmission line theory,the calculation method of the electrical properties of the flat radome is deduced,and the effects of polarization mode,skin thickness,and core layer thickness on the insertion phase delay and transmittance are analyzed.It is studied the influence of modeling,dissection and calculation process on radome electrical properties analysis by the PO method.A sandwich flat radome with the best transmittance is designed according to the actual project requirements.The software for calculating the electrical properties of the flat radome was developed by using the MATLAB Graphical User Interface.(2)Optimize the integrated design of antenna and radome,effectively deal with the secondary incidenton the inner wall of radomeAiming at the actual effects that electromagnetic wave will incident and reflect inside the radome,it is pointed out that the re-incidence of the electromagnetic wave caused by a once reflection on the radome must be considered.The related procedures have been compiled to improve the design accuracy and make the PO algorithm more suitable for the actual situation.It has developed software for designing the electrical properties of curved radome.The PSO algorithm is introduced to optimize the relative positions of antenna and radome,so that the antenna-radome system can obtain a good performance such as transmittance.(3)Research and improvement of radome electrical properties for test system and corresponding testmethodThe construction of the radome test system in the microwave anechoic chamber and the related debugging technology are thoroughly studied.The principle of eliminating the influence of environmental noise by the time domain gate technology is studied.Finally,it was further verified the related design and test techniques of this article by the electrical propertity test of a flat radome.(4)Research on the electrical properties of radome under special environmentTaking rainwater,lightning-proof metal strips and radome splicing seams as research targets,By established a real X-band antenna-radome system in the electromagnetic simulation software,the effects of them on radome transmittance,insertion phase delay,and 3d B beam width were studied,the results has guiding significance for practical engineering design.The innovative combination of superhydrophobic materials and radome has been tested can reduce transmission loss caused by rain,which provides a reference for the combination of super-hydrophobic materials and radome. |
