| School information construction is the inevitable way to promote the development of education modernization.In the school information construction,the cultivation and promotion of teachers’ information literacy is the key,and the cultivation and promotion of teachers’ information literacy in rural primary and secondary schools is the key.In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet + education,the improvement of teachers’ information literacy has been widely concerned by education researchers and practitioners.However,literature research has found that the research on information literacy of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in China is still less,and theoretical research is far from meeting the needs of practical development.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out empirical research on teachers’ information literacy by taking the rural primary school teachers in Nujiang prefecture,one of the "three districts and three states" that have finally achieved poverty alleviation in China.Questionnaire investigation and interview method,this article USES the first eight primary school teachers and administrators of the random sampling investigation,and interviews with the management personnel of the competent department of the local education,based on the survey data analysis found that first problems of rural primary school teachers’ information literacy,this paper analyzes the reason of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The main contents are as follows:The first part,introduction.It mainly describes the background of the topic selection,defines the core concepts,analyzes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and introduces the main content,ideas,methods,and technical route of this research.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of information literacy of rural primary school teachers in Nujiang Prefecture.Questionnaire and interview outline were prepared around the information literacy structure,and the information literacy construction of rural primary schools in Nujiang Prefecture,the information literacy of teachers and the information literacy training of teachers were investigated.SPSS25.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis on the survey data.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of information literacy of rural primary school teachers in Nujiang Prefecture.Based on the data analysis,it is found that the information literacy of rural primary school teachers in Nujiang Prefecture mainly exists the following problems: uneven information awareness level,urgent need to enrich information knowledge,information ability to be improved,and unbalanced development of information ethics.The reasons are as follows: teachers have insufficient understanding of information literacy,insufficient learning and training of information knowledge,lack of motivation to develop information literacy,lag in the construction of school information hardware,and ineffective construction of school information "software".The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the information literacy of rural primary school teachers in Nujiang Prefecture.Aiming at the problems and causes of teachers’ information literacy,this paper puts forward that teachers should change their ideas and understand the important role of informatization.Strengthen learning,improve the level of information ability;Strengthen the operation,improve the informationization teaching ability.The school should strengthen the construction of information hardware,establish a school-based resource platform,strengthen school-based research and training,enrich the activities related to teachers’ information literacy,strengthen the construction of professional information personnel,and improve the teacher training,assessment and evaluation mechanism.The fifth part is the conclusion.The main work of this research is summarized,the achievements and innovations of the research are summarized,and the shortcomings of the research and the direction of further efforts are pointed out. |
