With the rapid development of society,the continuous advancement of Internet of Things technology,and the rapid development of mobile Internet,QR Code technology has been widely used.Company C uses "three codes in one" to achieve product traceability.The QR code label is pasted to the surface of the product under the action of the labeling machine system.Due to the diversification of industry products,the labeling accuracy is low and the data collection is not ideal,making it difficult to achieve the traceability of the product.Therefore,this article studies the factors that affect the accuracy of labeling for the QR code labeling system.The research content is as follows:(1)Research on label supply and peeling.Analyze the material composition and adhesiveness of the self-adhesive label,and research on the influence of the characteristics of the self-adhesive label on the process of label supply and peeling.In order to ensure the flatness of labeling and the accuracy of labeling position each time,it is necessary to ensure that the label tape maintains a constant tension during the labeling process.The dynamic analysis of the unwinding process of the label plate was carried out,and the tension model was established to study the influence of several factors on the tension.Taking the QR code label as the research object,the principle and technical scheme of label selection are studied,and the parameters of label peeling are obtained.(2)Research on labeling issues.The effects of labeling method and skew cigarette posture on labeling accuracy were studied.Among them,different labeling methods are aimed at labeling tasks in different scenarios.The skew cigarette posture is directly proportional to the labeling accuracy.(3)Optimization of QR code labeling machine.The structure is optimized and designed for the influencing factors that affect the accuracy of the QR code,including the speed and diameter of the label plate,which affects the constant tension of the label during the supply process.Based on this,the label supply mechanism was optimized,and a magnetic powder brake and a spring pendulum bar were added to the label releasing plate to keep the constant tension of the label during the supply process.The cigarette posture affects the labeling accuracy during the labeling process,and the cigarette posture shaping device is designed to improve the labeling accuracy.The labeling method of special-shaped cigarette affects the labeling accuracy in the labeling process.Therefore,the labeling method of special-shaped cigarette is reformed.This topic studies the influencing factors that affect the accuracy of the two-dimensional code labeling,and optimizes and improves the influencing factors.The labeling accuracy is significantly improved,from the average value of the labeling accuracy from 92.1% to99.7%.The above analysis and research show that the research on the labeling accuracy of the two-dimensional code labeling process in this paper has effective feasibility and practical value,and it also has certain reference significance for actual production.
