Research And Realization Of Rehabilitation Network Education System Based On Work Process

Rehabilitation medicine is a subject that attaches great importance to clinical practice.However,current rehabilitation training courses lack a teaching platform to simulate clinical practice.This is the root cause of insufficient clinical training ability of students and difficulty in establishing clinical thinking quickly.Through job research and literature research,it is found that the lack of rehabilitation simulation clinical training platform is due to the following reasons: the clinical path of rehabilitation has not been established;rehabilitation training courses are not developed based on the work process;information-based teaching methods are insufficient and lack of simulated clinical practice Information-based teaching platform for practical training.In order to solve this problem,this article will explore a network education system suitable for rehabilitation training courses at the school level.The purpose is to improve students’ job training ability through simulated rehabilitation clinic.The system includes the entire process of medical treatment in the rehabilitation department of the hospital,and attempts to build a feasible clinical path for rehabilitation.Design and develop all kinds of forms and various functions needed in the path,allowing students to conduct simulated rehabilitation clinical training in the form of role playing.And around the system and rehabilitation teachers to develop practical training courses based on the work process.At the same time,the rehabilitation teacher evaluation standards are integrated into the training link of the system to assess the students’ training skills.This system will use the latest Spring Boot as the overall framework,use Java as the backend language,and will carry the latest NOSQL technology to achieve fast access to commonly used data in memory.In terms of security certification,the Spring Security certification framework will be used to ensure the security of the server.The rehabilitation clinical path will be realized based on the HIS system and Web page technology.The system is currently carried on the college’s network platform for trial testing.In this process,students from two rehabilitation classes were selected and divided into experimental group and control group for comparative experiments,and the experimental data of the two groups were collected.Through SPSS analysis of the data,it is concluded that the comprehensive training score of the experimental group is 10.5 points higher than that of the control group.The results of the experiment found that the comprehensive score of the control group was P=0.036,and the comprehensive score of the experimental group was P=0.017,both showing differences(P<0.05).Comparing and analyzing the two sets of data,there is a significant level of 0.01 between the comprehensive scores of the control class and the comprehensive scores of the experimental class(t=-5.813,P=0.000),and the P value is <0.01,so the experimental data is significantly different,and there is a certain degree Reference value,the reliability and validity of the experiment are remarkable.It can be seen that the system has a good effect in improving the training ability of rehabilitation students.It solves the problem of disconnection between rehabilitation training courses and clinical practice,and solves the problem of lack of clinical training conditions for higher vocational medical students.
