| With the development of communication technology,various wireless communication devices have more and more demands on antenna performance,the concept of reconfigurable antenna came into being,but the traditional solid-state antenna structure is fixed,liquid antenna with the flow characteristics of liquid can be more flexible to achieve reconfigurable characteristics,and liquid antenna using water and its solution of water antenna is a special advantage,water not only has good fluidity,but also has the advantages of transparency,low cost,high dielectric constant of pure water and conductivity of salt solution.Therefore,in this paper,several water antennas with different reconfigurable properties are designed by using water as material.(1)A reconfigurable broadband water monopole antenna design with multilayer coaxial cylindrical nested structure is designed in this paper.By adding low dielectric constant dielectric base and multilayer liquid column structure,multiple resonant modes are introduced to achieve a-10 d B bandwidth from 1.2 GHz to 3.2 GHz,and the operating frequency can be reconfigured by controlling the liquid column.(2)In this paper,an octagonal water patch vortex electromagnetic wave antenna is designed,and the patch structure capable of generating OAM waves is designed with the help of eigenmode analysis,and it is applied to the design of water patch antenna,and the generation of orbital angular momentum(OAM)beam is combined with the water antenna design to realize switchable OAM wave emission.(3)This paper introduces a reconfigurable elliptical water patch vortex electromagnetic wave antenna,based on the connection between circular polarization and OAM waves,an elliptical patch that can radiate higher purity OMAM waves is designed,and a double elliptical patch water patch antenna structure is designed to transmit different topological number OAM waves by controlling the filling and discharging of liquid inside the patch,realizing the reconfigurability of polarization and OAM modes.The above two types of water patch antennas achieve complete transparency except for the feed structure,and have good application prospects in transparent device design.The antennas designed in this paper have been fabricated and measured,which verifies the correctness of the design simulation and proves that the reconfigurable water antennas have a good prospect in future engineering applications. |
