| At present, people pay more and more attention to the security and privacy of identity authentication, which makes the limitations of some original methods of authentication more obvious, such as face, fingerprint, voice and other traditional methods. However, there has been a paradox between security and convenience in identity authentication. Some identity authentication features have strong security, but are difficult to collect and process. Therefore, this paper will focus on how to balance the security as well as convenience of authentication.ECG signal as a new method of authentication has strong imitation resistance, but ECG signal has the characteristic of being difficult to collect. In this paper, from the perspective of this idea,we consider that the pulse wave signal PPG has strong similarity with ECG,both are caused by the beating of the heart, which has strong security and cannot be copied. The PPG signal can be acquired remotely by image processing technology. In this way,the remotely captured PPG can be used as a new method of authentication with both convenience and security. This paper focuses on the various aspects of face video-based PPG acquisition and PPG identification technology, and introduces the technology used from the beginning to the end.First,we introduce how to extract the pulse wave from the video, and on this basis,we propose a new method of remote pulse wave acquisition,I-POS,and through experiments,we verify that this method is better than the original method in a large number of scenarios;then we introduce the common features of pulse classification and the techniques related to feature transformation.Through several sets of experiments,it is found that the traditional feature extraction methods cannot effectively classify pulse waves,so more advanced feature extraction techniques are introduced;finally,a new pulse wave classification and authentication method,ATT_LSTM-CNN-FCN,is proposed, and the accuracy of the classification is verified through experiments. And the differences between the theoretical and experimental results of the model and the reasons are analyzed in detail. |
