| With the promotion of the three industrial revolutions,the global industrial development has undergone earth-shaking changes.Today we are in the transition phase from the third to the fourth industrial revolution.In this stage,the existing industrial manufacturing field shows a trend of digitalization,information and intelligence.The specific target of this trend is the workshop in industry.Communicate with the machine and equipment in the workshop and collect the operation data of the equipment;Real-time positioning,accurate guidance and recording of operation process for workshop operators;Finally,the workshop equipment,personnel and production process to achieve a unified and transparent management.These three goals are the primary goals of the current intelligent workshop.However,in the actual implementation process,due to the complex environment of the workshop,the complex and diverse types of machinery and equipment in the workshop,and the huge number,various problems occur in the process of communication and data collection of the equipment in the workshop,which further affects the work.Therefore,this paper designs a unified access platform for industrial robots,aiming at solving the problems of difficult communication of industrial robots and slow intelligent process of workshop through this platform.Firstly,the complex environment of modern workshop and some problems existing in the existing intelligent solutions of workshop are analyzed.In view of these situations,the current popular OPC UA technology is selected as the key breakthrough point.The OPC technology and OPC UA technology are analyzed in detail as the key technologies,and its development history and great advantages are briefly introduced.Then,based on OPC UA technology,the unified access platform is proposed,the overall architecture of the platform is introduced,and the construction of the platform is described in detail.This paper introduces the communication mode between the platform and the device based on OPC UA mode,and explains the connection establishment,communication time,waiting time limit,data interaction and the termination of data interaction when the connection is disconnected.Finally,taking the visual system of welding robot of Xuzhou Mining Machinery Company as the practice,the interaction of CLOOS welding robot is realized on the basis of OPC UA,and the visual management of production process is realized through the monitoring system.At the same time for the device data distribution,storage and transfer to ensure the safety of data and disaster tolerance.The correctness and feasibility of the unified access platform based on OPC UA were verified. |
