Copper clad laminate(CCL),one of the most basic raw materials in modern electronic manufacturing industry,is mainly used to make printed circuit boards.With the arrival of 5g era in China’s business,and the continuous penetration of cloud computing,AI,autopilot and other technology applications,the market demand for high-frequency printed circuit boards will increase by several times.As the core raw material of CCL,its output value will be further enlarged.Compared with traditional CCL,5g CCL has higher transmission efficiency,stronger heat dissipation performance and higher medium stability.On the premise of enhanced function,its structure thickness is also increased.At present,domestic enterprises mainly use punching and shearing to cut and reshape the edge of copper clad laminate.With the increasing thickness of 5g copper clad laminate,the uneven appearance of the edge section after this punching and shearing method is increasing,which seriously affects the quality of the product,and it is easy to leave unstable debris particles,which is easy to fall off in the subsequent use process,Scratch the surface of CCL.The disadvantages of traditional processing methods are becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,this paper puts forward the cutting and grinding technology of sintered diamond slotted slice grinding wheel,which is used for cutting edge and shaping 5g CCL to solve the disadvantages of existing processing methods.However,there are still some problems in the new process,such as burr flash after cutting and grinding,high temperature during cutting and grinding will burn the interlayer composite,and dust will be produced during processing.These defects seriously affect the performance of 5g CCL and restrict the further development of 5g CCL.In view of the above defects,in order to realize the efficient clean trimming and shaping of 5g CCL,this paper systematically analyzes the damage causes,cutting and grinding process,cutting and grinding parameters and dust collection methods of 5g CCL laminated materials,and puts forward reasonable damage suppression and cleaning processing strategies(1)By analyzing the process of cutting 5g CCL with diamond grinding wheel cutter,the causes of burr,flash and grinding burn defects are summarized.According to the causes of defects,a special sintered diamond slotted slice grinding wheel cutter is designed,which can effectively reduce the temperature of grinding zone,It can avoid the burn of 5g CCL middle layer composite caused by excessive grinding heat accumulation,and can significantly reduce the burr and flash defects;(2)Through the experiment of cutting and grinding process parameters of 5g CCL laminated material diamond grinding wheel tool,the influence of process parameters including grinding speed,feed speed,cutting angle of tool on burr flash height and material burn was explored.Guided by grinding force and grinding temperature,the inhibition of burr flash height and material burn was comprehensively compared,The optimal combination of cutting and grinding process parameters of 5g CCL laminate was obtained;(3)Starting from the research on the characteristics of dust particles,the physical properties of dust particles,such as density and particle size,are summarized and analyzed.Then,an evaluation method of dust removal efficiency is proposed,which is different from the traditional weighing method.This evaluation method is more convenient and pays attention to the amount of residual dust on the surface,and is more suitable for evaluating the dust removal efficiency of 5g CCL surface dust particles.The starting principle of dust particles in the flow field is analyzed from the mechanical point of view.The stress of single dust particle in the turbulent flow field is analyzed.The starting process of dust particles is analyzed.The relationship between the particle size and the starting wind speed on the surface of 5g CCL is summarized by using the mathematical formula of motion;(4)Aiming at the problem of residual dust on the surface of 5g copper clad laminate(CCL),a dust removal technology of blowing and suction combined flow field was proposed.Solid Works software is used to draw the model of high-efficiency clean dust collecting hood,and the model is imported into ANSYS FLUENT software to establish the finite element model of high-efficiency dust removal flow field.The finite element numerical simulation analysis of different dust removal parameters is carried out,and the results are guided by the surface velocity field of 5g copper clad laminate.Finally,the influence of different dust removal parameters on the dust removal effect is obtained.In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of the flow field,a flow field uniform distribution splitter was designed,and the structure of the splitter was optimized by using the finite element analysis software;(5)Aiming at the high-efficiency cutting and grinding process and surface dust cleaning technology of 5g copper clad laminate,the two-sided synchronous automatic CNC cutting and grinding equipment for different specifications of 5g copper clad laminate and the on-line automatic cleaning equipment for surface dust in the cutting and grinding process of 5g copper clad laminate were designed,The 5g CCL laminated composite materials are connected by roller transport device to form an efficient cleaning automatic cutting and grinding system.After the completion of the design,the necessary purchased parts including motors,industrial vacuum cleaners,transmission devices,etc.are selected.
