Research On The Impact Of Big Data On The Transformation Of Business Decision-making Paradigms

The development and application of information technology and Internet technology have brought the world into the era of data economy and information economy.Big data also plays a vital role in the decision-making and development of enterprises.However,the existing literatures mainly evaluate the impact of big data on enterprise operation and management by using macro indicators.Theoretically,the influence and path of the paradigm based on big data on business decisions still needs to be further clarified.Therefore,based on the big data analysis platform of Shenhua Juneng,the case study method is applied to studying the impact of big data analysis platform on the transition of business decision-making paradigm.The research concluded that the influence of big data analysis platform on the transition of enterprise production decision-making,financial decision-making,personnel decision-making and sales decision-making paradigm is analyzed based on four features of the methodology of business decisions,the object of business decisions,the focus of business decisions and restructuring of business decisions,and also summarized the influence path of big data analysis platform of Zhungeer Energy Group on business decision-making paradigm.On this basis,it is proposed that when enterprises apply big data platform to make business decisions,firstly,based on the characteristics of business decisions,they should improve the application and integration level of big data analysis platform to ensure the efficient operation of business decisions under the new paradigm.Secondly,under the big data platform,the paper sorts out the influence path of enterprises' production decision-making,financial decision-making,personnel decision-making and sales decision-making paradigm transition,and improves the efficiency of enterprises' big data application.
