With the development of the Internet and digital mobile terminal technology,watching various Live broadcast has become an important entertainment method.Inke as one of the earliest live streaming platforms in China.Inke not only has a large group of users and anchors,but also has excellent operational capabilities.However,with the intensification of market competition,Inke is facing huge challenges and needs to continuously explore its own advantages,and improve the quality of live broadcasts.Therefore,this article is based on the theory of TAM,and takes the improvement of the interactiveness of the Inke as the research object,analyzes the factors that affect the user’s willingness to interact,and hopes to summarize the factors and promote its healthy development.This article is divided into five parts.The first part sorts out the research background and the current research status of the live streaming platform,and clarifies the theoretical value and practical significance of this paper.The second part,from the macro to the micro,first introduces the development of the mobile live streaming platform,and then specifically to the Inke which introduces the development of the platform and its variety shows,and clarifies the main interaction methods of users.The third part draws on the TAM and the theory of use and satisfaction,retains the four variables,and combines the actual situation of the Inke to add three variables are used to initially construct a research model,put forward research hypotheses,design questionnaires,and use SPSS to analyze data.The results show that Perceived Usefulness,Content Interest,Public Praise,Image,Control,and Community Influence have a significant positive impact on user’s interaction,and Perceived Ease of Use has no significant effect on improving user interaction.The fourth part analyzes the problems of Inke from the four aspects of programs,anchors,users,and platforms based on the research results.The last part focuses on the existing problems and proposes to strengthen program innovation,improve the quality of anchors,enhance social attributes,and increase publicity.Intensity and other aspects are optimized and improved.Combining the TAM,this paper analyzes in detail the factors that affect audience interaction in the live broadcast process,deepens the understanding of audience interaction factors,enriches the communication process of communicators and audiences,and broadens the research in related fields.In the future,the production of live programs will provide corresponding theoretical and practical references.
