| With the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology,Internet technology and equipment remote monitoring technology,Web-based remote online monitoring systems have gradually become hotspots of research and development in industrial,medical,agricultural and climatological fields.The research and development of Web-based equipment remote online monitoring system has a great significance on the realization of industrial modernization,enterprise management informatization,and laboratory equipment management automation.This paper analyzes the development and current status of remote online monitoring system,researches and designs the web-based equipment remote online monitoring system.First,this article analyzes the function and performance requirements of the remote online monitoring system of the device,determines the direct monitoring objects of the system and the design goals of the system,and designs three layer frame structure consisting of a field monitoring layer subsystem,a server layer subsystem,and a user layer subsystem,and gave a detailed overview of the monitoring devices of industrial field equipment.Secondly,according to the type of industrial field equipment and the operating productional environment,this article selects smart plug and infrared camera as the monitoring device of the device,and designs a field monitoring layer that integrates the infrared monitoring client and the data acquisition hardware platform based on the MQTT communication protocol.The system realizes the collection,transmission and storage of power monitoring data of industrial field equipment,thermal image of equipment temperature distribution and operating parameters.Then,this article builds an integrated development environment platform of Nginx server,My SQL database and Mosquitto proxy server based on the Linux system,and designs the corresponding database and storage table for the system’s data storage in the My SQL database,and optimizes the database design,improve the query and read speed of data.Finally,this article designed the system’s remote Web application client based on Web development technology,combined with the needs of the system to implement the various functional interfaces required by the remote monitoring online system,and tested each functional module of the system design in conjunction with the system design goals.The test results basically meet the expected goals. |
