Nowadays,as human beings develop technologies for nuclear energy,the use of nuclear energy is becoming more and more extensive,and an increasing number of nuclear pollutants are generated.Therefore,research on the detection technology of nuclear pollution in the environment is of great significance for protecting public safety and protecting the environment.In this paper,the research on nuclear pollutant detection technology is analyzed,and the light emission mechanism of alpha particles emitted by nuclear pollution sources in the atmospheric environment is analyzed.The ultraviolet detection system of nuclear pollution source based on photomultiplier tube and the ultraviolet imaging detector of nuclear pollution source based on ICMOS are designed,and the photon counting algorithm is studied.Firstly,a UV detection system is designed for nuclear pollution sources detection based on photomultiplier tubes.Based on the emission spectrum of alpha particles in the atmospheric environment,the front-end photodetector is selected,and a matching back-end photon counter hardware circuit is developed,including conversion and amplification circuit,discrimination circuit and counting display circuit.And the system software design is implemented to realize the counting and output display functions of the photon counter,and then the back-end photon counter is debugged through experiments.Secondly,ICMOS-based ultraviolet imaging detector for nuclear pollution sources is designed,and the device selection of the front-end photoelectric detection part and the assembly of ICMOS are completed,and the existing back-end hardware platform of the research group is selected to complete the construction of the overall detector.Improved the histogram equalization algorithm,enhanced the image,and improved the image quality.Then,in order to quantify the signal detected by the ICMOS UV imaging detector,a photon counting algorithm is designed to count and analyze the sampled image.Finally,the two systems are tested separately.The standard source of nuclear radiation used is 232Th.By processing the experimental data of the nuclear pollution source ultraviolet detection system based on the photomultiplier tube,we get that the signal-to-noise ratio of the system can reach3.017.Moreover,the ultraviolet imaging detector of nuclear pollution source based on ICMOS can collect the image of nuclear pollution source and realize the photon counting function in the software. |
