The Internet of Things(IoT)has gain ed tremendous concern over the past decade,becoming increasingly diverse with the increase in connected devices.Industries centered around the concept of the Internet of Things are now everywhere.The ultimate goal of the Internet of Things is to introdu ce plug-and-play technology to provide end-users with functions such as ease of use,remote access control,and configuration.Since the birth of the Internet,the TCP/IP protocol has gradually becom e an essential Internet infrastructure.However,the IPv4 protocol has problems such as insufficient addresses,mobility,and s ecurity.IPv6 is an improved solutio n to the IPv4 problem.The IETF proposed an IPv6-based Low-power lossy link network routing mechanism RPL routing protocol,RPL as an open standard ro uting protocol has been widely used in the Internet of Things.However,RPL routing protocol initially did not consider the network's security make the RPL protocol vulnerable to many security threats.With the increasing number of heterogeneous devices,the Internet of Things is more vulnerable to attack from malicious nodes.Software-defined network has become an important solution to the problem of heterogeneous device interconnection and network security.In this thesis,RPL secure routing mechanism is based on the trust mechanism designed under SDN-WISE framework.SDN-WISE is a software-defined Internet of Things solution.The proposed scheme was implemented under the Internet of Things operating system Contiki,which provides secure routing technology and a method for IPv6-based Internet of Things deployment.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The principle of RPL protocol and its security problems are studied.RPL is a resource-limited network protocol;due to the limitations of relevant technologies and devices,the data processing capacity,memory capacity,and energy of the nodes of the Internet of Things devices are constrained to a certain extent.Because of the ability of RPL attackers,such as wormhole attack,black hole att ack,and Sinkhole attack,a defense scheme suitable for RPL routing protocol is proposed.(2)A trust evaluation mechanism under the software-defined Internet of Things model is proposed.Trust is a feature that can show how much one node trusts another node as expected.In this mechanism,each node in the RPL network monitors its neighbor nodes to check whether they follow the specifications of the RPL protocol or violate the specifications of the RPL protocol.This t hesis will propose a trust model under the software-defined Internet of Things architecture based on the traditional trust mechanism.(3)A trust mechanism-based RPL secure routing schem e under the software-defined Internet of Things model,and an implementation and simul ation evaluation mechanism under the Contiki system are proposed.For resource-constrained Io T devices,the software-defined Io T controller calculates and collects the confidence attribute based on the trust-related information obtained by the node and designs a lower connectivi ty overhead RPL safe routing solution for the Internet of Things.This thesis proposes a software-defined Io T security routing simulation evaluation mechanism based on the SDN-WISE protocol.
