| With the rapid development of communication technology,the application of microwave multiplex synthesis circuit is also more and more important.The power divider,filter and multiplexer in microwave communication system are representatives of multichannel microwave synthesis circuit.Starting from the microwave multiplexing circuit,several high-performance power dividers,power dividers and multiplexers are studied in this paper.The main research work is as follows:1.Based on the substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)structure,two kinds of microwave multiplexing circuits are designed.First of all,based on the principle of Magic-T and half mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW),a four-way power divider circuit is proposed.Its input part is the circular,which can divider two-way signal and provide space for realize the magic T.At the same time,it can realized isolation with output ports.The isolation resistance achieve isolation between half mode substrate integrated waveguide.Finally the multichannel microwave synthesis circuit is realized.Then,based on the double-layer substrate integrated waveguide structure,a filter power divider circuit is proposed.The power divider part is divided into upper and lower channels,and the filter is designed in the way of SIW resonator cascade.The power divider and the filter part are combined together to realize the microwave multichannel synthesis circuit.2.Microwave different-frequency multiplexing circuit is designed based on the coaxial cavity structure.First of all,the use of coaxial cavity structure designed five bandpass filter.Filter is designed by the directly coupled of cavity.Then,using the non-resonant public cavity structure connected five band-pass filter.Due to the existence of the public cavity,each filter can matched,and has a small influence between each other.Input and output ports use SMA connector,SMA probe directly inserted into the inner conductor,which can make the circuit easy processing and assembly.Finally,measured results and simulated results are basically identical,it indicate the design scheme is correct. |
