Production and material management(ERP)occupies an important position in the enterprise information construction,so widely be used for such as automotive industry,aerospace,shipbuilding,electronics and so on.Through the construction of production and material management system,it can connect the production and business process integration and production-supply-marketing closely.Realizing the effective management of the production process strengthen the production process of quality management and cost control.Realizing information sharing and constantly improve the company's control ability.A complete production and material management system project includes five stages: project preparation,blueprint design,system implementation,on-line preparation and on-line support.Different stages have different risks,mainly focusing on system implementation and on-line preparation.There is a classic jargon ”Without implementing EPR is waiting to die,but implementing EPR is courting death ”.So we can see the risks and difficulties of this project implementation.The production and material management system project is also difficult for requirements gathering,changing frequently,time schedule,complicated data preparation and the higher resistance of reshaping process duties,etc.Its Implementation is relatively more difficult than other information system.Thus,for achieving production and material management system of enterprises,how to control the project risk and its success and running are particularly significant.This paper is based on the practice of implement EPR project of J company.This paper is based on the practice of implement ERP project in J company.The main part of the paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the significance and background of this paper,the research status of risk management at home and abroad as well as the research ideas and methods.The second chapter introduces the theoretical knowledge of risk management,explains the definition and characteristics of project management and project risk management,and deeply analyzes the six processes of project risk management.The third chapter mainly introduces the production and operation of J company.This paper focuses on the implementation background,scheme,organization,WBS and project description of ERP project of J company,etc.The typical risk events and main risk sources of ERP project are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the key part of this paper.That is,combining theory with practice,the author introduces in detail all the actions in the process of ERP project risk management.It mainly includes risk planning,identification,classification,assessment,response and monitoring.The fifth chapter is mainly the conclusion and prospect.
