In today’s industry,smart manufacturing is the driving force behind the rapid development of industrial manufacturing,and data serve as the link between it and emerging technologies.However,most of the data,generated from design,manufacturing,processing,production and sales of industrial products in large number,are stored in relational databases.This method of storage increases data redundancy while reducing data storage aggregation,resulting in the potential value decline of knowledge.In order to give full play to the value of industrial data and explore their potential,this article applies knowledge graph technology to the industrial design,establishes the relationship between data through reorganization of industrial design data in the graph structure,and explores the knowledge embedded in industrial data so as to improve the efficiency of industrial knowledge reasoning and search.This article includes the following research work:(1)Assembly information are extracted and assembly objects are constructed by means of mapping table and flip tree.According to the assembly design principle,the assembly design information is collected based on the characteristics of assembly design,and the multi-source design data are preprocessed to complete the relevant preparations.In-depth study has been done on the assembly composition structure,assembly feature information and feature information extraction methods and principles through the principle analysis and combined with the structure of the assembly information.The rulebased extraction method has been adopted as the basic method and been improved.A way to extract and construct assembly objects through mapping table and flip tree is put forward.Through the performance comparison with the forward construction method,the results show that the improved method can reach 1.5 times the extraction efficiency of the pre-improved method.(2)A multi-layer distributed knowledge graph is proposed to solve the inefficiency of industrial data search and reasoning.In-depth study has been done on the construction principles of knowledge graphs,analysis of the obstacles to the application of knowledge graphs in the industrial field and a multi-layer distributed knowledge graph has been produced,along with a hierarchical knowledge graph for a single assembly data and a distributed knowledge graph for assembly data in different fields in the industry.Through experimental verification,the application scenarios of the assembly knowledge map are simulated and evaluated while evaluating the effectiveness and verifying the feasibility of the assembly knowledge map.It is the first time to apply the knowledge graph to the assembly design of industrial products.This article is also innovative in both theory and application scope,and worth referencing for subsequent related research in the industry.
