| Signal source is a kind of power supply device used in virous laboratories and education places,which can provide low-noise standard signals for other equipments.The advancement of science and technology has made more and more scientific research and production environments,such as university laboratories,aviation,military industry,etc.,put forward higher requirements on power supply equipment.The most commonly used indicators are noise level and accuracy.But in recent years,the main source of these high-precision instruments is imported from overseas market.There is still a gap between domestic manufacturers and foreign similar products in terms of technical research and production level.In this environment,this paper designed a four quadrant programmable signal source module,in order to source for the research and production of new breakthroughs and competitiveness.By comparing the performance of each index products at home and abroad in recent years,the possibility of analyzing various options in the design process,proposes a solution Under the background of the application of high-standard signal sources in the existing laboratory,in order to realize the four-quadrant program-controlled signal source,the design adopts the idea of modularization The main contents of this design are as follows:(1)The signal source part adopts a multi-stage voltage stabilization method to optimize and improve the switching stabilization or linear stabilization structure of the traditional signal source.Among them,the front-stage voltage stabilization adopts a power frequency transformer with a function similar to the switching voltage stabilization function,which mainly realizes the conversion of AC signal and DC signal,and then performs preliminary voltage stabilization through rectification and filtering.The latter stage of voltage stabilization uses the high precision and low noise of linear voltage stabilization to perform secondary voltage stabilization processing on the DC signal output by the previous stage of voltage stabilization.At the same time,the internal structure of the TDA72 XX power amplifier is used to realize the four-quadrant function of the module.The combination of the master-slave structure of TDA72 XX and LM3 XX can improve its power output and load capacity.(2)The core control part adopts a multi-core control scheme composed of an ARM processor chip and an FPGA chip,which has advantages over the commonly used single-core ARM core or single-core FPGA core.Among them,the main functions of the ARM processor are signal acquisition,signal processing and filtering.FPGA controls the conversion and output functions between digital and analog signals.The two are independent but complementary to each other,and share the core control functions of the module.(3)The control part realizes internal data acquisition,measurement and display through conditioning circuits and high-precision analog-to-digital conversion.Using16-bit high-speed dual-channel DAC8552 and 24-bit synchronous sampling Σ-△AD77XX,the module can meet high-precision data acquisition and stable and reliable internal measurement. |
