With the gradual maturity of satellite technology and high-speed optical fiber trans-mission technology,the concept of an integrated world and earth network has been grad-ually accepted and promoted by the public.As a relatively new network architecture with relatively complete technical ecology,SDN realizes the control and scheduling of the en-tire network resources in the form of software by decoupling the control layer and the forwarding layer.By synergizing skynet and ground net through SDN technology,the potential of skynet can be explored to a great extent.The transmission quality of the transmission link in satellite-ground coordination will be affected by external factors such as the location of the base station,terrain,weather,etc.Therefore,in order to maximize the quality of service,this article uses the SDN controller to determine the signal-to-noise ratio and bit error rate.As well as the three aspects of transmission delay,each base station is monitored in real time,and the best decision for base station access is made based on the evaluation results of the input data and the network status.The transmission protocol is one of the insurmountable obstacles to the development of Skynet resources.The transmission protocol in the traditional network cannot fully adapt to the transmission environment of Skynet’s high latency,high bit error rate,and high packet loss rate.Forced deployment severely limits Skynet’s Development space.Based on the SDN-integrated world-ground network,this paper optimizes the transmis-sion algorithm of the transport layer from the protocol level,combines path aggregation and bandwidth allocation strategies,and proposes a transmission protocol optimization scheme that is more suitable for the world-integrated network environment.Finally,the design and implementation process of the entire system prototype was introduced in detail,and the combination effect of the Floodlight controller and the optimization protocol was tested,and the execution result of the bandwidth allocation strategy was verified by calculating the rate of the receiving end.
