| With the vigorous development of our country’s economy,the digital media industry had grown brutally in the past decade.Due to the favorable treatment of emerging domestic technology companies,the personnel stability of Company G is being severely threatened.Through a large amount of analysis of industry information and employee entry and resignation,it has been found that 80% of personnel instability in the past three years such as low morale,resignation,and slow development,etc.,can be solved by effective measures in career development path.Therefore,research on improvement of career path has always been an on-going task of Company G.Under the background that data analysis is gradually and wildly used in the empowering industry to improve efficiency,this article starts from the core thinking of data analysis:digitalization,simple platform with large back-end,and associated decision-making;and research results of domestic and foreign scholars in career anchoring and expectation theory etc.of the traditional career path design is combined as the theoretical basis of this research.The problems existing in the career path of Company G is analyzed through data analysis,questionnaire surveys,executive interviews,and case analysis;combined with the diagnosed problems,the improvement goal of career path is defined as to implement the career path from the level of traditional policy into a data-based,platform-based and associative platform system that can be used to share information and exchange data by the company,managers and employees.The improvement plan is also designed based on the digitalization,platform and relevance of career path.The four aspects of personnel,technology,implementation and protection of organizational system,and data security and risk protection of career path are also career path used to ensure the smooth implementation of the career path program after career improvement.The plan designed for the career path of Company G in this article has certain reference value for companies with sound career path and internal resource management system with data;the plan also has practical significance for maintaining the stability of Company G’s personnel,maximizing the subjective initiative of personnel development,and ultimately providing accurate talent reserves for Company G’s business development. |
