Ultra-wideband technology has become a hot issue in many applications,such as high-data-rate wireless communications,imaging systems,and location tracking,etc.However,there are some other standard narrow-band communication frequencies in the divided UWB working frequency band,such as Wi MAX(3.3?3.8GHz)and WLAN(5.15?5.85GHz),in order to avoid unnecessary interference caused by these narrowband communication frequencies,the ultra-wideband antenna should have a trap function.Implantable antennas are an indispensable element for information transmission between communication devices inside and outside the body,as well as an important module for wireless transmission.Aiming at the problem of antenna miniaturization,the antenna design method working in the ISM frequency band of 2.4to 2.48 GHz is studied.In order to ensure the stability of the antenna,the implantable antenna also needs certain broadband characteristics.Based on the above requirements,the main research work of this subject is as follows:1.A circular patch monopole ultra-wideband antenna is designed,which meets the specified bandwidth requirement of 3.1?10.6GHz.On this basis,the CSRR structure is added,and it is further designed as a dual-notch ultra-wideband microstrip antenna.The size of the antenna is 32×28×0.508mm~3,the structure is simple,and the working frequency band is 2.9-11.5GHz.The notch function of the antenna in the two frequency bands of Wi MAX(3.3?3.8GHz)and WLAN(5.15?5.85GHz)is realized.The VSWR value of other frequency bands except the notch band is less than 2,which can meet the requirements of wireless communication.2.A single-frequency implantable antenna working in the 2.45 GHz frequency band is designed.The antenna substrate material is Rogers 3010 hard plate with a thickness of 0.635 mm.The antenna is designed to be circular with a radius of 6 mm and the size of the antenna is 3.14×62×1.27mm3,the feeding method adopts 50-ohm coaxial line,and the short-circuit pin is used to reduce the size of the antenna.The radiating patch is composed of a circular ring,three rectangular rings and four rectangular patches,and the simulation is optimized Later,the working frequency band of the antenna is 2.34?2.55GHz,and the performance of the antenna is good,which can meet the requirements of implantable antenna.
