| With the popularization and fission of Internet technology in my country, social media such as QQ,Weibo,We Chat,Zhihu,Douban, etc.have spawned waves of involvement in the lives of young people, and the socialization process of young people has gradually extended from the real world to cyberspace.,Social media has become a gathering place for teenagers in cyberspace, and more and more teenagers complete their thought construction, habit formation, and personality cultivation in this virtual space. However, while social media brings convenience to young people in communication, entertainment, social interaction, and learning, the negative impact of social media is gradually revealed.Social media, which was originally a social "booster",has gradually made some young people addicted to it,or Burnout and anxiety caused by social interactions, and the negative impact of social media on the socialization process of young people is becoming a social problem that all parties are concerned about and urgently need to be resolved. In this context, this article mainly adopts the research method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method. It takes 14 to 28-year-old teenagers in Chongqing who have used social media as the research object to analyze the influence of the affinity motivation of teenagers on social media use behavior.Influence,in real social life, the positive effect of affinity motivation on people’s social behavior has been proved.Whether this research conclusion is still applicable in the rapidly changing Internet context is the question I want to study. The author rigorously compiled a questionnaire to determine the two variables of affinity motivation and social media use behavior, and subdivided affinity motivation into four dimensions: social interaction needs, personal integration needs, social support needs, and self-protection needs.Usage behavior is subdivided into 5 dimensions: basic usage behavior(use time, years of use),information acquisition behavior, entertainment and relaxation behavior, interpersonal communication and maintenance behavior, and self-presentation behavior.Regression analysis and typical regression analysis are used to explore the relationship between adolescents’ affinity and motivation. The complex relationship between social media use behaviors, combined with in-depth interview research methods, focuses on the emotional changes and mental health of young people, and aims to understand the deep motivations of young people using social media.Quantitative research found that adolescents’ affinity motives are generally strong, among which personal integration needs are the strongest, social media has been used for a long time, and they use it for a long time every day.In terms of demographics, adolescent social media users are aging. In terms of the relationship between affinity motivation and social media use behavior, data results show that adolescents’ affinity motivation and the number of years and length of social media use are significantly positively correlated;adolescents’ personal integration needs and self-protection needs are all related to their social use The behavior of the media is significantly positively correlated;the social interaction needs of adolescents are significantly positively related to their entertainment and relaxation behaviors in their use of social media,as well as interpersonal communication and maintenance behaviors;the needs of adolescents for social support are related to their social media use information acquisition,Recreation, relaxation, and self-presentation behavior are significantly positively correlated.Through in-depth interviews,it is found that young people are in the golden age of physical and mental growth and socialization. They are psychologically fragile and sensitive, and have strong social needs. However, due to various factors such as society and family, they inject feelings and time into virtual cyberspace and are gradually addicted to them.Because of social media and reliance on it,so while social media brings convenience to young people,it also brings them a negative impact. On the contrary, social media weakens young people’s ability to socialize in real life,or hinders their social abilities. The enhancement of,slowed down their socialization process to a certain extent, and caused them to become "single-faced people","robots" and "mobile people" who were backlashed by social media.I can’t wait to strengthen the counseling of young people’s psychological problems and the correct use of social media. This research is a preliminary exploration of the relationship between adolescents’ affinity motivation and social media use behavior.Due to various subjective and objective constraints, there are still some limitations and deficiencies.I hope to take adolescents in Chongqing as an example to be more scientific for the future Pave the way with more in-depth research. |
