In aerospace,transportation,petrochemical and construction engineering industries,the damage of equipment and materials will reduce the strength of industrial structure and the service life of equipment,which will cause great economic and social losses.Therefore,it is of great safety and economic value to detect the damage of materials and give early warning according to the degree of damage.Acoustic emission testing is a new non-destructive testing technology,which is different from the traditional radiographic testing.Acoustic emission does not need additional excitation.By collecting and receiving the weak sound signal when the material is damaged and defective,the collected acoustic emission signal is processed,the signal characteristic value is extracted,and analyzed by software.The real-time monitoring of the degree of damage and damage of the object to be detected can be realized the location of the injury.At present,the acoustic emission testing equipment on the market is expensive,which is not conducive to the development of acoustic emission technology in China.In this paper,a set of acoustic emission detection system is designed to realize the acquisition of acoustic emission signal and sound source location.Different from the traditional "FPGA + CPU" architecture of acoustic emission detection system,this paper innovatively uses Zynq chip as the main control chip for system design.This paper first introduces the research status of acoustic emission detection technology at home and abroad,analyzes the existing acoustic emission detection system,gives the overall design scheme of the system combined with the index of the system,then designs the hardware and software circuits respectively,and finally verifies the performance of the system through experiments.The specific work is as follows:(1)Design of system scheme: through the research of mainstream acoustic emission testing products on the market,the system design scheme and technical indicators are given,the feasibility of the scheme is evaluated,the difficulties and key points of the scheme are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.(2)Hardware circuit design of acoustic emission detection system based on zynq:the design of 8-channel acoustic emission signal acquisition circuit is realized,including the selection of acoustic emission sensor and Zynq chip,the design and welding of preamplifier,configurable active filter bank and ad7626 acquisition circuit schematic diagram,and the hardware circuit is debugged by using digital signal generator and digital oscilloscope.(3)Digital circuit design of acoustic emission detection system based on Zynq:ADC data acquisition and control,multi-channel circular FIR filter,signal envelope extraction,acoustic emission characteristic parameters extraction and data interaction between PL and PS are realized,and the logarithm circuit is simulated and verified by Modelsim and MATLAB software.(4)System verification and test: firstly,the software and hardware of the acoustic emission detection system are debugged respectively,then the software and hardware are debugged jointly,and the PS software program is designed to observe and verify whether the data interaction between PL and PS is correct.Finally,the acoustic emission experiment platform is built to carry out the acoustic emission signal source positioning test on the system.The final test results are good,the system performance indicators meet the design requirements,can achieve the desired effect.This article contains 47 pictures,6 tables,and 77 references.
