| In view of the national macro background of low-cost,high-quality,sustainable development and the multiple requirements of the endogenous strategic development of enterprises,China’s logistics industry to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency reform is in line with the national policy,to promote the strategic layout of enterprises is an important initiative.LTL Logistics mode has always been one of the "black continents" in the logistics field,and it is difficult to pursue the balance of service and cost,which restricts the development of many logistics enterprises with high empty rate and high cost and is an important restriction link for the development of logistics enterprises.Under the general trend of expanding social circulation economy such as e-commerce,social development has created an unprecedented huge demand for LTL Logistics.In the macro background of the development of LTL Logistics in China,how the logistics enterprises can effectively combine their own logistics transportation needs with the development of the large market,optimize the path planning of LTL Logistics,reduce the transportation costs of each link,improve the loading rate of freight vehicles while ensuring logistics timeliness and other service levels is an essential research topic in the logistics industry.This thesis firstly takes the current development status of J Logistics’ dry and branch line LTL Logistics business as the landing point,analyzes the operation process of J Logistics’ dry and branch line LTL Logistics by combining the overall development level of the LTL Logistics industry in China,and indicates the necessity and importance of planning multiple transit points for transportation of multiple transit points in J Logistics’ dry and branch line LTL Logistics route planning scheme at present.Then,we compare and analyze the current research status of LTL Logistics and transportation and distribution path optimization at home and abroad.By analyzing J Logistics’ s actual case,the corresponding costing model is selected according to the needs of J Logistics’ dry and branch LTL Logistics transportation.On this basis,we simulate and hypothesize the LTL Logistics path optimization problem for J Logistics’ trunk and branch lines based on multiple transit points and establish the LTL Logistics path model for this scheme.Then,according to the establishment of the model,the algorithm was designed to analyze and solve this model using the large-scale neighborhood search algorithm and programmed in Python to solve it.By analyzing and comparing the overall impact of the operation mode of single string point and multiple transit points in the problem of trunk and branch line LTL Logistics,strategic suggestions are made for J Logistics and macro government measures.The study shows that,compared with the original route planning situation of J Logistics’ single string point,the vehicle arrival time is within the hard time window requirement,the cost of missing goods is increased by 124%,but the total cost is reduced by 10%,the cost of missing goods only accounts for at most 3% of the total cost ratio and,the number of vehicles used is reduced by 21%,the total distance traveled is reduced by9%,and the average maximum loading rate is increased by 11%.Through the above research,this thesis reduces the total cost of dry and branch line LTL Logistics transportation of J Logistics,improves the loading rate,vehicle usage,and other aspects,makes the dry and branch line LTL Logistics route and delivery and pickup time meet the enterprise logistics operation requirements and achieves the goal of cost reduction and efficiency.The research results of this thesis will also be of reference to logistics companies and corporate logistics that undertake LTL Logistics business in the same industry. |
