| In recent years, with the aggravation of environmental pollution and the acceleration of the pace of life, people’s health is facing a huge threat, which makes the demand for medicine in different communities continue to increase, and brings great challenges to the drug distribution of pharmaceutical retail enterprises. At present, the industry has the problems of high circulation cost, low distribution efficiency and low utilization of logistics resources. In this regard, this thesis introduces the concept of joint distribution into the distribution of retail drugs. The essence of joint distribution is to improve the utilization rate of resources through resource sharing. It can not only reduce the distribution cost and carbon emissions of enterprises to a certain extent, but also improve the distribution efficiency and optimize the allocation of logistics resources at the industry level, which has certain economic benefits Environmental benefits and social benefits. However, when multiple enterprises form a joint distribution alliance, they can no longer use the distribution scheme of separate distribution. We need to design a reasonable joint distribution scheme to ensure the normal development of distribution activities and the stability of the alliance. The main contents of this scheme include distribution path optimization and subsequent cost allocation(benefit allocation). Therefore, this thesis studies the joint distribution optimization scheme of pharmaceutical retail enterprises considering the subsequent cost allocation.First of all,at present, the distribution mode of pharmaceutical retail enterprises is mainly timing and separate distribution, which is lack of scientific vehicle scheduling scheme, and separate distribution will cause low resource utilization and high distribution cost.Considering that the joint distribution mode can reduce the distribution cost, this thesis takes the minimum total distribution cost as the objective function to establish the joint distribution path optimization model of pharmaceutical retail enterprises with soft time window, and designs simulated annealing algorithm to solve the problem.Secondly,in order to ensure the stability of joint distribution alliance cooperation, the cost allocation of the following should be considered in the design of joint distribution scheme. Therefore, after solving the total distribution cost of various combinations of alliance Chinese medicine retail enterprises through the above path optimization model,Raiffa solution is selected as the initial cost allocation scheme, and then the revised cost allocation model is obtained and solved by considering the two factors of enterprise risktaking and resource input. Finally, based on the actual data of four pharmaceutical retail enterprises in Guangzhou, this thesis finds out the optimal path under the two distribution modes of individual distribution and joint distribution, and makes a comparative analysis of the cost, distribution time, distribution mileage and other factors. Then the revised cost allocation model is applied to calculate the cost allocation value of the four pharmaceutical retail enterprises. The results show that after adopting the joint distribution mode, the total distribution cost of the cooperative alliance is reduced by26.00%,and the carbon emission is reduced by 37.45%.It can be seen that the joint distribution is feasible in reducing the cost, while taking into account the environmental and social benefits. In addition, the final modified cost allocation model can effectively allocate according to the distribution situation,risk-taking and resource input of participating enterprises, and can be reflected in the final allocation value. In other words, the case results verify the correctness of the joint distribution scheme designed in this thesis, and can play a practical application value in the distribution activities of pharmaceutical retail enterprises. |
