| As the outermost glass of the mobile phone screen,the mobile phone 3D glass cover plate has the characteristics of strong hardness and good light transmittance.However,in the production process,it is easy to cause some defects,such as scratches,bumps,different colors,white edges and so on.Any kind of defect,can cause certain influence to the screen display.Therefore,the defect detection of mobile phone 3D glass cover plate is a must in the production process.Due to the large demand for mobile phone 3D glass cover,manual detection has been unable to meet the production demand in terms of efficiency and precision.Then,machine vision technology can not only high efficiency,high precision detection,but also in the case of no contact with the product detection.Based on machine vision technology,this thesis studies the defect imaging and defect detection of 3D glass cover plate of mobile phone.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Understanding the production technology of mobile phone 3D glass plate cover in detail,and analyzing the formation reasons of several main defects of mobile phone 3D glass cover plate.For the planar area and cambered area of the mobile phone 3D glass cover plate,The paper designed different image acquisition schemes respectively.Moreover,in order to solve the problem of imaging the curved surface area,we invented an arc light source.(2)Studying the image processing method of mobile phone 3D glass cover plate.Designing different image processing methods to solve the image differences under different lighting methods.(3)This paper designs defect detection based on Halcon machine vision software.Defect detection algorithm mainly adopts Halcon operator library,including image positioning,image processing,defect feature matching and other parts.In addition,according to the operational requirements of defect detection,this paper also designed a 3D glass cover defect detection software system. |
